Don’t think it’s a one-trick pony, though—despite the lateral stiffness, the S5 delivers an incredibly comfortable ride. You’ve no doubt noticed the now-iconic V-Stem. We optimized that shape to deliver the best possible performance in the wind, hid the cables inside, and make enough bar/stem/stack options to fit just about anyone.

Fine tune your bike fit for the Cervelo S3 with this specific S3 Stem with Top Cap. Increasing length in 10mm increments from 80mm to 130mm will let you dial in a perfect reach. This setup is compatible with Bar Fly 4 Direct Max and Bar Fly Direct Mini Garmin stem mounts so that your ride stats are still available at your fingertips. This stem must only be used in conjuction with the HS-A029 headset and HS-A029 stem spacer kit.
Please note that for frame sizes of 48cm and 51cm this stem steerer will need to be cut so that the stem can be placed in the lowest stack position.
